A modular home is unique in the fact that it is pre-made in a factory, and then put together on site. The type of home you choose should be based on the needs of your family, your budget and the price of the land that the house will be placed on.

One of the main benefits of choosing a modular home is that you can frequently choose specific amenities such as whirlpool bathtubs, customized cabinets and fireplaces, etc. You should also be able to choose the basic décor and the color of the carpets.
